Brandon Shepard: Bio

Brandon Shepard - singer/songwriter/guitarist

Currently receiving National air play and opening for National recording artist such as Mark Chesnutt in 2007 and preparing to co-star in a made for TV movie in 2008.

Brandon’s history in music began at the age of 5 when he began playing guitar by ear. He began performing in rock n roll nightclubs in Arizona by the age of 17.

Brandon is equally talented as an actor, with both theater and several national commercials to his credit and currently preparing to co-star in a made for TV movie in 2008. While completely at home in front of an audience, his knowledge and thirst for the entertainment industry as a business is as driven as his performance.

Brandon began recording and marketing his CD titled “Let’s Get Dirty” back in late 2005. Without a supporting band, he began grass roots marketing and receiving air play on radio stations all across the country as well as around the world via internet marketing.

In July of 2006 an FM station in Northern Arizona ask his newly formed band to play for the cities Independence Day celebration. This would be followed by a slew of media attention by local station Z92FM as well as a recorded broadcast on city 4 TV and a live appearance requested by KPNX TV12 an NBC affiliate in Phoenix. This would mark the beginning of corporate sponsors as well as an immediate poll position in rotation at the top country western night clubs throughout the entire state of Arizona from Phoenix to Prescott, Flagstaff, Payson and beyond. At that point Brandon had successfully accomplished in only 6 months what would typically take 5 to 6 years of constant perseverance.

Though the music is country, the energy on stage is like that of a rock concert. Brandon believes in making the audience as much a part of the show as the band is. Brandon wants every show to be a personal experience for each and every person watching.

Being in front of an audience is such a high for me, knowing that no matter how difficult someone’s week or day has been, I have the opportunity to help them escape, even if it’s only for a little while.
